Shipping:
- We ship all orders USPS retail ground with a flat rate of $5 for orders under $50 and $10 for orders over $50.
- Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders are usually processed between 2-3 business days.
- Free local pickup is available in Southern Pines, NC.
Returns & Exchanges:
- All sale items and jewelry are final sale.
- Online orders and/or in-store orders may be returned within ten days of purchase for a full refund. No returns accepted after ten days.
- All items must have original tags and must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
In-store Christmas Policy:
- Christmas gifts may be exchanged until January 5th for store credit only and must be accompanied by a receipt.
- We do not offer refunds for Christmas gifts purchased.
